When you become a QiSOFT customer you also gain full access to our renowned support service. Whether you're in need of a reminder for using a particular function or looking for advice to configure a ProcessLink interface, we're here to help. We want to ensure that you get maximum benefits from using our products and offer a range of services to ensure the response or answer you seek is only a call or click away.

As a part of our continuous improvement process, we offer customers an eNews service. The articles within the newsletter give information about known issues, provide technical tips, showcase new features, link to updates, discuss important enhancements, cover support news and talk about training events to help you get the most from your QiSOFT system. We are continually looking for ways to improve our service to you and welcome any comments and suggestions you may have.

Of course making things easier is a trademark of QiSOFT and that includes the functionality of our electronic newsletter. While each edition only covers a certain number of topics, our website provides extensive information for you to access anytime, anywhere. To link these two sources of information easily, we've added links into our eNewsletter so with just one quick click, you can access anything you need to know on qisoft.com.

From the start, our goal has been to make technical information a bit more human. That's why we've included customer success stories in our newsletters as well so that topics that may be abstract come to life with real benefits. Above all, our eNewsletter is designed to keep you informed while developing online communities to provide additional knowledge and support.

Who can receive our newsletter?

Any current customer of QiSOFT can choose to receive our monthly eNewsletter. We value our customers and gladly provide this helpful information in return.

How do I subscribe?

There are two ways to receive the Technical Support Tips newsletter full of news, Tech Tips and Q&A’s. If you do not already receive these items and are interested in subscribing contact us by:

1. Sending an email to news@qisoft.com with the heading “SUBSCRIBE”. Be sure to include the following information: Name, Company, Title (if applicable), Country and Email.

2. Complete the form below and click submit.
