Subtleties within the process are an Operator’s focus and he must apply his knowledge of documentation, data acquisition and the resulting delivery and presentation findings in order to be effective in his observations and feedback. This includes tracking any and all responses to alarm incidences, changes or adjustments the Operator has made, as well as explanations behind a slow or stopped line. The Suite then analyzes and delivers the information resulting from those actions relative to the varying levels within your enterprise.

One challenging facet of the manufacturing floor is that, often times, devices are not connected electronically in any way yet you still need recordings from the devices. That is why we enabled The Suite to feature a walk-about module, freeing Operators to walk the shop floor, observe a gauge, type the appropriate info on the handheld screen, move to the next port and input there as well.

After all devices have been observed, the module goes back in its cradle and the data collected is automatically downloaded to The Suite for availability on the log sheet providing a comprehensive view unlike any other.
