Alarms & Notifications
QIS Connect now features a new Notification Pane allowing you to easily see and answer your subscribed to alarms and notifications. When an alarm is raised the Notification Pane will update to show the number of notifications, clicking the notification icon will open the panel where you can view which alarms/notifications are displayed and respond as needed. You can also add comments on a notification and alert another QIS user, as per the new feature in QIS Classic.
Images & Attachments
The new version of Connect has made it easier than ever to attach images and documents directly to your quality and production records for complete visibility and traceability.
You can quickly and easily take a picture directly on a tablet and insert this into an Image type variable. Or you can add a document or image from a file location tied to a standard variable or event.

Quick Access SSRS Reports
Connect version 1.42.1 features easy access to SSRS reports that are built and configured in QIS.

The drop down reporting menu will populate with the list of configured SSRS reports from QIS.

When the report is populated, you can use the icons in the Report window to Zoom In/Out of the Report and download a copy.

The report will use the parameters defined within QIS. You will need to insure all parameters are populated to be able to view the report.
Checklists
Connect now allows you to access and utilize Checklists as configured in your QIS. Checklists can be added from the drop down list to an event to be populated.

CAPA Incidents
When you log in to the new version of QIS Connect you will see an option to review CAPA Incidents that exist within your QIS. You can review current CAPA incidents and their status, expanding the dashboard to see the underlying information. You can also raise a new CAPA within Connect by completing the associated forms.
